  • Corvettes- Patrick Stafford is a Corvette kinda guy.  He enjoys attending the annual Ecklers Corvette Reunion event in Titusville, Florida.  He began his hobby with a '76 Stingray that he tinkered with and repaired using original parts.  The Stingray was a beauty; shiny black, classy curves, and a sporty T-top.  Sitting low to the ground and thundering with power, it made it's driver feel like a pro racer in a 70's street race.

Soon Pat advanced in the realm of Corvette ownership, and traded the Stingray in for a newer 1999 model.  This car is the ultimate embodiment of class.  It's beautiful, fast, and boasts a seemingly endless list of comfort features. The DIC (Driver Information Center) continuously streams important stats about tire pressure and other functions across a console screen. The speedometer and other dashboard gauges appear in the windshield for convenient analysis, without taking your eye off the road.

When you pull the doors shut and they seal like a spaceship engaging for takeoff, you know you're in for a ride!

  • Bowling - Shirley Stafford loves to bowl!
She has a glowing hot pink square-shaped bowling ball airbrushed with her name and portrait. Just kidding.

Now Shirley and Pat are members of the "Shirts-n-Skirts" League at Savannah Lanes.
Every Friday night you can find them there--winning, losing, and having fun.

  • Gaming at its Greatest- When all of the neighborhood kids come to you for hints at beating the latest video game, you know you must be really good.  Ryan Stafford is an expert gamer, failing to be stumped by Sony or any other game manufacturers' best attempts.  He especially enjoys strategy type games, such as Age of Mythology.  In this game, the player builds a civilization from meager beginnings, advances through the ages, and eventually conquers opposing civilizations.  He also likes games such as Silent Hill, where riddles are solved.

Ryan's gaming skills spread out to a host of computer skills as well.  He enjoys working on the computer and also hopes to become a video game designer.

  • Art and Music - Amy Stafford is an artiste. She has studied a wide variety of mediums
and styles.  She prefers fine art projects for hobby, and commercial art endeavors, such
as making brochures and building websites, for money.

Amy also dabbles in music as well. She picked up guitar from her father,
and played clarinet in her school band.  She has since expanded her skills
to keyboards, drums, and anything else in reach.

editors note: Amy is in no way responsible for the creation of the cheesy music
      featured
on the Stafford Family Website...please do not hurl rocks at her.

  • B-B-B-B Bass! - Besides being a new father, Gary Stafford enjoys customizing his can't-miss-it-yellow Aztek. He likes adding all sorts of gadgets and doohickeys, especially ones that improve the stereo system.

He likes his Aztek because it's large enough to be an asset for traveling, which he does a lot of.  He hopes to enter it into custom auto shows.  The contrast of the dark tint with the hot yellow paint makes for a dazzling spectacle.

    Seeing the
World! Brian is a Stafford family inductee, and definitely the one most traveled!  As a member of the United States Marine Corps, he's journeyed to distant and exciting places such as Africa.  He was even stationed at "Git'mo" for a time, in the nearby island country of Cuba. He now resides in exotic "North Carolina," where he has made a happy home with his wife and two step-kids.

  • Birds!  Shirley Stafford is the surrogate mother of a brood of feathered friends.  She owns a 10 foot bird aviary which is home to many varieties of parakeets and cockatiels. She often hand feeds the little ones so that they will be raised tame and friendly.  Shirley trades the young birds to a long time friend at a local pet store.
